Pancreatic cancer: 4 kinds of abnormalities after a meal
If there is a sudden similar performance recently, no relief after taking the drug, and the symptoms persist for more than 2 weeks, this may be a signal from pancreatic cancer, and timely examination is necessary.

Once, the disease known as the king of cancer was liver cancer. Its characteristics of early detection and late treatment have led to an increase in the mortality rate of this type of cancer patients. The overall survival rate of patients within five years is 12.5%, so it is called the one of cancer. king!

Nowadays, the status of liver cancer’s cancer king has been channeled by pancreatic cancer. It wins with the survival rate of patients within five years of less than 1%!

In China, there are approximately 120,000 newly diagnosed pancreatic cancer patients each year. The diagnosis, namely the advanced stage, is a typical feature of pancreatic cancer. Most patients die within one year after the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.

For patients with pancreatic cancer diagnosed at an advanced stage, the probability of survival within five years is basically zero.

The reason for this is that in addition to the difficulty in the early detection of pancreatic cancer, pancreatic cancer surgery is also quite difficult and highly malignant, which has led to a high mortality rate of pancreatic cancer!

You know, the pancreas is an inconspicuous small organ in the human abdominal cavity. It is deep in our upper abdominal cavity, adjacent to the stomach, liver and other organs.

Moreover, the function of the pancreas itself is digestion, so even if the symptoms of pancreatic cancer appear in the early stage, it is easy for people to mistake it for ordinary stomach problems, and then ignore the examination!

As everyone knows, if the following four symptoms come after a meal in the near future, it may not be a simple stomach disease, but a signal from pancreatic cancer:

1. Reduce eating

The previous appetite has always been very normal, but recently I always feel that I have a lack of appetite, and I have a feeling of fullness before I eat much food, which may be related to pancreatic cancer.

According to clinical data investigation, loss of appetite is a typical manifestation of pancreatic cancer gastrointestinal symptoms. Its cause is related to the lower end of the common bile duct being compressed by cancer and the pancreatic duct is blocked by tumors. At the same time, the distal stomach of patients with pancreatic cancer may also be tumors. Compression, and then symptoms of loss of appetite. Affected by tumor compression, some patients will experience nausea and vomiting after meals;

2. Diarrhea or constipation

As mentioned above, the pancreas is the digestive organ, which is responsible for secreting various digestive enzymes to help the intestine absorb fat, glycogen and other substances. When the pancreatic function of the patient declines and the bile and pancreatic juice cannot be discharged normally, diarrhea symptoms may occur, and patients with advanced pancreatic cancer may also have steatorrhea.

In addition, nearly 10% of pancreatic cancer patients are affected by digestive abnormalities, and patients may also experience severe constipation;

3. Abnormal blood sugar fluctuations

Under normal circumstances, after a meal, a healthy person’s blood sugar is maintained at 5.1 to 7.0 millimoles per liter, and fasting blood sugar is 3.62 to 6.92 millimoles per liter.

If there is no family history of diabetes, obesity, etc., and the blood sugar has been normal before, but the blood sugar has suddenly risen abnormally recently, this also needs to be alert to the arrival of pancreatic cancer.

Because according to clinical studies, when the pancreas has problems, the normal islet function of the pancreas will be damaged, and patients may experience symptomatic hyperglycemia;

4. Abdominal pain

Abdominal pain is the most important symptom of pancreatic cancer, and it is also the first symptom that is common in clinical practice. No matter where the patient’s pancreatic cancer is, pain may occur.

This kind of pain is mostly concentrated in the left and right upper abdomen in the initial stage. Some patients describe the pain as the lower abdomen. As the disease progresses, patients may experience pain around the belly button and full abdomen. Even after taking analgesics, the pain is difficult to stop, and the pain will get worse after a meal or when lying down.

In addition to the above four symptoms, in the development of pancreatic cancer, patients will also have multiple abnormalities such as rapid weight loss, fever, jaundice, and progressive fatigue.

If there is a sudden similar performance recently, no relief after taking the drug, and the symptoms persist for more than 2 weeks, this may be a signal from pancreatic cancer, and timely examination is necessary.
