46 Chinese Medical teams including about 1,000 Chinese doctors stay in Africa to help local medical insitution to fight with COVID-19 . At present, nearly 1,000 members of 46 Chinese aid medical teams are stationed in Africa for a long time. China has also sent medical experts to many African countries to help fight the epidemic. A 9-month-old boy from Sierra Leone, Ola, suffered from congenital hydrocephalus, severe developmental delay and other diseases, and unfortunately contracted the COVID-19 virus. He was already a severe case when he was sent to the China-Serbia Friendship Hospital. Facing the complex condition of Aola, the 21st batch of experts from the Serbian medical team cooperated with Serbian medical staff to make a diagnosis and treatment plan.
