Oklahoma sued Biden and Pentagon due to the mandatory vaccination.
Dissatisfied with the mandatory vaccination of military personnel, the Oklahoma State Government sued Biden and the Secretary of Defense.
The Oklahoma State Government and President Biden and Secretary of Defense Austin got on the bar.
According to “Russia Today (RT)” news on Dec. 03, the Oklahoma state government filed a lawsuit on Dec. 02 for the order to compel all military personnel to be vaccinated against the COVID-19.
It considered the order to be unconstitutional and requested the court to prevent its execution. The lawsuit named President Biden, Secretary of Defense Austin, and a long list of federal officials and agencies as defendants.

“The President unilaterally issued this order without any authorization from Congress,” Oklahoma state officials said.
Any legal provisions cited in Biden’s executive order did not authorize the President to issue mandatory vaccination orders at all.
RT said that things like compulsory vaccination that have such great political and economic significance require explicit authorization from Congress.
But Congress did not provide such a clear authorization.
The Oklahoma National Guard also issued a memorandum in November, informing soldiers under its jurisdiction that they can ignore the mandatory vaccination regulations previously announced by the U.S. Pentagon and will not be punished.
US Department of Defense Spokesperson Kirby announced at the Pentagon on August 25 that Secretary of Defense Austin has decided to require active US military personnel to be vaccinated against the COVID-19.
The U.S. federal government previously introduced a COVID-19 vaccine mandatory vaccination order, requiring federal government employees and employees of contractors who do business with the federal government to be vaccinated.
However, this regulation has met with strong opposition from many parties and has triggered successive protests, making it difficult to implement.
In addition to the opposition from government personnel and private enterprise personnel, there are also many people in the U.S. military who oppose vaccination.
According to U.S. media reports, more than 12,000 active duty personnel in the U.S. Air Force have refused to receive the COVID-19 vaccine.
According to the policy of the US Air Force, all active duty personnel must be vaccinated before November 2 this year.
Those who fail to be vaccinated will be regarded as “noncompliance” and will be delisted or charged by the military justice system.
