The Vaccine Issues Research Association (located in Takarazuka City, Hyogo Prefecture) held a press conference at the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare on January 11 to report on the results of their activities over the past six months since its establishment, focusing on the expansion of adverse reactions to vaccines and the verification of their contents.

At the beginning of the conference, Dr. Masanori Fukushima, Professor Emeritus of Kyoto University and the representative director of the association, announced the results of a survey on adverse reactions to COVID-19 vaccines worldwide.

Cases where all organs are affected, including cases where the heart melts

Between December 2021 and November 2023, the number of adverse reaction reports published in PubMed, a database of medical literature in the field of medicine provided by the National Library of Medicine (NLM) in the United States, amounted to 3,071 cases. Diseases were observed in all organs, including blood, nerves, internal organs, and eyes, with various symptoms such as decreased platelets, myocarditis, Guillain-Barré syndrome, and anaphylaxis.

Although adverse reactions related to mental illness have not been reported in Japan, cases of mental disorders such as depression, insomnia, and sleep disorders have been observed.

The patterns of adverse reactions to the COVID vaccine are not fixed, and multiple diseases can occur simultaneously. Dr. Fukushima explained, “A 28-year-old man experienced myocardial dissolution, a symptom I have never seen in my medical experience, which was caused by the COVID vaccine.”

On the day of the press conference, a request was submitted to Minister Keizo Takami of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.

The request consists of five points:

1) a comprehensive investigation of all cases of death after vaccination,

2) a comprehensive investigation of health damage cases after vaccination,

3) relief, compensation, and provision of appropriate medical care for all victims,

4) review of the government’s vaccine policy,

5) promotion of research on appropriate diagnosis and treatment for health damage cases after vaccination.

Number of Certified Deaths: 453

The total number of conventional vaccine damage certifications in Japan over the past 45 years is 3,522 cases, including 151 certified deaths.

On the other hand, according to the latest data released by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (as of January 26), the number of applications accepted for compensation due to COVID vaccine administration is 11,350. Of these, 1,158 are related to deaths. Among these, 6,088 cases were certified, with 453 deaths certified. It is evident that this number stands out compared to all conventional vaccines.

Physicians are determined to develop an undeniable test method and clarify the mechanism at the molecular level to deliver results to patients and their families regarding post-vaccination syndromes. In the future, they plan to collaborate with local governments, medical associations, and other organizations to establish consultation centers.

Although major media outlets were present at the press conference, they have not yet reported on it.
